    Haley, at Kati Cheeks office, is so thorough and personable! She returns answers with the quickness and really seems to care! It’s as easy as before when we had Debbie. It’s so important to feel we can talk to someone on the spot now. Allstate is hanging around and thinking of ways to save. Their workers seem happy and enthusiastic! It makes me think they know something I do not. But I believe in the spirit of Allstate if this is how it’s going. Great enthusiasm! I love whoever reads this!
