  No stars to give for this UNPROFESSIONAL FRAUD! National General Insurance was purchased through an apparent ex-employee and was ultimately not needed thus cancelled. I am in receipt of an email confirming policy cancellation dated MAY 20, 2025 but here we are, JUNE 24, 2025 & I still have not been refunded. I LIVE LOCALLY -- WHERE IS THE CHECK YOU CLAIM WAS MAILED A MONTH AGO? Understandably, things happen with mail couriers etc. but calling me, to antagonize an already irritable situation to which I have been VERY understanding, and provide no resolution regarding my refund - despite me LIVING LOCALLY & constantly reaching out only to be mishandled, misdirected, disregarded and disrespected as if I DON'T MATTER - is insane and worthy of letting others know to not patronize this UNPROFESSIONAL FRAUD! If you value good business and care to be respected/valued as a patron when you spend your money or want it back GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! There are so many reputable agents who value customers and do good business. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!!
