And, is always attentive to my concerns whether it be a normal day or, after a hurricane. I have been a Allstate customer for 35 years. And it’s having an agent/ organization as good as The Badeaux Agency that I will continue to be a customer. Shannon and his team always make me comfortable, even in ‘ less than ideal situations’ like post hurricane situations. I couldn’t ask for a better agent than Shannon and his team. Sincerely, John
