    Baly L is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He really took care of my needs with auto and homeowners insurance. Mandi is awesome. She made sure I received the paperwork that I requested and very quickly too. Both are genuinely kind people and an asset to this company. Highly recommend!

She informs you from start to finish and she actually does the work. She doesn’t tell you what you have to do. She treats you like a respected client.     The other day I got this piece of junk mail in the box that had an eye catching picture of my house visible on the front of the envelope. Curiousity got the best of me on that one and instead of throwing it in the trash I opened it up to find a "too good to be true" estimate for homeowners insurance. After looking up the business, I told my husband I was going to call even though there's no way we were going to get a premium like that but their envelope got my attention - Touché. I reached out via email (because millennial) and was later granted the pleasure of meeting Lisa, who was an absolute joy! I really needed the laughs. It was like catching up with a friend, instead of a business call, and bonus, for the first time in two years someone finally beat my current rates🏆. Lesson? Don't be too suspicious of that envelope (the image is from Google, chill, I was thinking the same thing for a split second) it might be your ticket to cheaper rates.
