  I had a in-slab water leak that caused damage to my wooden floors. Within 24 hrs, Allstate had a mitigation contractor removing wet floors and drying out all areas. The contractor checked in daily on progress. An adjuster contacted me within 2 days and began working on the costs to replace all damaged areas and within 3 weeks I received the reimbursement. All and all, an excellent experience!

  Experience was horrible ! I had an accident and the treatment I been receiving is ridiculous! Its claims not my agent my agent has been great !

  I switched agents, only to find out months later that Donald never followed through on anything after receiving emails from my previous agent, who still holds the policy. When I reached out for an update, I was told that the entire process I completed months ago would have to be redone because Donald failed to take any action on his end.
