When their underwriter ask for me to trim trees near my house or they would cancel my home insurance, Ninela walked me through what I needed to do. I took pictures of the work I did and sent them to Ninela. She forwarded my info on to the underwriter and reported to me several days later that my insurance underwriter was satisfied.
