She has been the one to lean on no matter what and has celebrated many many many milestones. The amount of work and time and dedication she has put in has been remarkable in the sense of realizing she not only loves what she does but she cares about those she is assigned to help. We have never had a problem getting in touch with Karen for any reason and she has been a wonderful agent to work with throughout my entire time with State Farm. I have never been more comfortable with anyone and cannot believe I have not shouted her out sooner, for that I am sorry because you truly deserve it. In light of everything I have gone through recently with an accident I have realized how wonderful this group is and there is NO ONE OUT THERE LIKE THEM. Karen I just want you to know I appreciate you and all the help and how comfortable and easy you made things for me and my family with all of our needs . All the calls and all the emails when I had questions , concerns, difficulties or was overwhelmed-smile you made it all easy and a solution possible. Thank you for celebrating me and my family through every milestone and being there through the highs and lows . How amazing you are !!!!!!!!! I have left professionals before because of poor staff, and I stay with others because of a staff like this one.
