On several occasions we attempted to contact Jessica directly, and her staff told us she wasn’t available and we never got a call back. We only heard from her directly once contacting her through email. The staff does not communicate with Allstate “corporate.” Because of this, we were told one thing by her staff locally, and then get penalized by Allstate as a company. Our monthly rates were NEVER the same, and were given unacceptable excuses when asked why. I highly recommend you go to a different agent (as I know people who are very please with different Allstate agents).
