The most important thing in life is family and I want customers to feel like family. I am a diehard football fan. I love the outdoors especially fishing and duck hunting. My main goal in my business is to make insurance easy to understand.
So, to get insurance with Allstate, what I was told that one of their bylaws, is that you have to have continuous coverage for 4 months prior. I just bought the car 3 days ago. And they told me that I have to have continuous coverage. On an auto policy. I just transitioned from a motorcycle, to a car, and I'm being told that because I didn't have continuous policy on a vehicle that wasn't a motorcycle, I cannot get coverage from Allstate. This is why they are not one of the top companies. State Farm, USAA, and Progressive take the cake. Also, I do not reach out to a call center and they told me this. I reached out to this location and that's the response that I got. To be honest, if I already have a policy with a different company, why would I leave them 4 months into a 6-month policy, just to switch over to Allstate? If anything, I would switch over from Allstate to a better company. Not to mention, I just canceled my motorcycle policy with Allstate 4 days ago. And then I bought the car the next day.

Haley Hart is my new insurance agent. This is kinda a big deal because I was with my previous insurance agent for 25 years. Haley is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. During my switch she put a reminder on her calendar so she could remind me to call my previous ins. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I’ve called a couple of times since the big switch and she’s always available and happy to help.
