- MMMary MelanconOct 2, 20251.0I'm a senior, Katrina victim who is disabled n my son handles the fin res. David Jackson's office sent an advertisement to my mailbox w my address on it, picture of my condo w the cars in the parking lot n after following their instructions to switch, they respond we can't cover u due to the LOCATION. Why advertise in a market not vetted? Bad business. When I try to explain the severity n my son constantly trying to straighten this out we lost $150 and 3 days time n David Jackson tried to end it w a threat for abusive language to Maria his employee wo even asking my side. This company should not exist. They didn't save $. They costed $, valuable time, a lot of stress on top of my health issues which was all explained repeatedly n made very clear B4 changing.
