Once one of Tim's employee's realized we were leaving for a more reputable and far less expensive insurance agency they tried everything to punish us for leaving. Ultimately turning us over to the credit bureau for unpaid insurance, which is so untrue. Of course we had to prove that at on our own time and expense. Do yourself a favor do NOT use Tim Buckley Allstate, unless you plan on staying with them forever. They will do everything possible to punish you for leaving Allstate for a lesser rate and more reputable agency.
