  If I could give a negative star I would. This is one of the most arrogant overcharged insurance company I have dealt with. Once one of Tim's employee's realized we were leaving for a more reputable and far less expensive insurance agency they tried everything to punish us for leaving. Ultimately turning us over to the credit bureau for unpaid insurance, which is so untrue. Of course we had to prove that at on our own time and expense. Do yourself a favor do NOT use Tim Buckley Allstate, unless you plan on staying with them forever. They will do everything possible to punish you for leaving Allstate for a lesser rate and more reputable agency.

  My name is Eric and I have had horrible experience with Tim himself. I called to cancel my plan because I found one 220 dollars cheaper a month and when I called to cancel he told me I’m going to be one of those guys having 40 insurance before I’m 30 and how I’m not loyal to anyone. Just really disrespectful

  I've been with Tim Buckley for 3 years now and am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. He is very professional. He is very prompt with taking and returning calls. I have also gotten the best rates with him. Highly recommended!!!
