We have been with State Farm for at least 20 years I think. My son recently was hit by another driver with State farm insurance. There was no dispute over fault, but we were having an extremely difficult time dealing with SF’s claims dept. We were at wits end and honestly at the point where I understand why many get a lawyer. So I decided to call our State farm representative TB, and spoke with Nicole, and I cannot tell you how impressed I am with her. Nicole has restored our faith in State Farm. She immediately understood where we were coming from and within 24 hours had us on the right track. She is such an asset for State farm.

The Terry Bertrand State Farm Office in Jennings, La has been our insurance provider for over 20 years. The service has been excellent. Our contact has always been Cathy Lejeune. We have a great relationship which makes it easier to understand the business.
Sincerely appreciate getting a person on the phone every time you call for help. Everyone is always so professional. When Cathy isn't available the coworkers are cross trained to handle your needs. This is a plus in business for today's world.
