There was no dispute over fault, but we were having an extremely difficult time dealing with SF’s claims dept. We were at wits end and honestly at the point where I understand why many get a lawyer. So I decided to call our State farm representative TB, and spoke with Nicole, and I cannot tell you how impressed I am with her. Nicole has restored our faith in State Farm. She immediately understood where we were coming from and within 24 hours had us on the right track. She is such an asset for State farm.
