I had an issue with a state farm office in River Ridge and could not get an answer from them for 3 months regarding a policy that was transferred to my name. Keep in mind Barcley is not my agent, but I was able to get answers from him in 2 days than I was able to get in 3 months from the office in River Ridge. Even though I was not a customer of his office, Barcley took time out of his day to personally talk with me on the phone and to see if he could get any information. I got a call back from him the same day with answers to my issue!!!
