    Never awnser the phone and when they do awnser, they ask to call back and never do. Worse insurance agency I ever been with. I tried to reinstate my insurance and they said it already was but got a letter a the next week saying my insurance was canceled and they won’t awnser my calls or call me back to try and fix it.

    Lesheika Sims (in the Thibodeaux Allstate location) is AMAZING!!!! After 22 years without a claim, I was dropped from my previous insurance company and they could not provide an adequate reason for why they were no ending coverage. A representative hinted to the recent hurricanes in the Carolinas and that they were pretty much worried I’d actually have to use it (although I’ve never had a claim in two decades). Due to the age of my roof, I was stuck with one insurance company, via Louisiana Citizens (a whole nother story) and my deductible increased significantly (with little coverage for dwelling and other structures). Recently, I had new archectural shingles installed and the next day, I called LeSheika (who had previously called to offer homeowner’s options). And I’m SO glad I did! She went over all of my options, was patient, took in mind all the cares and concerns I have as a homeowner and we came up with the best policy I could have asked for. My previous “fire policy” had not even covered wind. We all know that in a state like Louisiana, that’s important. And the value placed on my home was ions better than my previous agency. If you’re looking for an agent who truly cares, listens to your cares and concerns, and feels relatable AND knows her stuff!, please schedule an appointment with Ms. Sims. She’s the best! I also look forward to having Mr. Mustin as my local agent and hope to share the great experiences others have had with him.
