  I’ve been a customer at Jennifer Champagne’s office since 2021, and I’m extremely disappointed in how my situation was handled. I canceled my policy and stopped payment in December 2025, yet over $700 was still withdrawn from my account for January and February. I’ve called numerous times, left multiple voicemails, and sent emails with no response. Today, I went into the office in person to resolve the issue. Instead of receiving help, I was met with a very unprofessional and hostile attitude. Jennifer raised her voice and went back and forth with me in front of another customer who had just walked in. She then asked the male customer to come into her office and left me at the front desk. While I was calmly speaking with Stacy at the front desk about what was previously discussed on Monday, Jennifer yelled from her office that I would not be getting my money back. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I simply wanted answers regarding money that was withdrawn after I canceled my policy.

  Have tried 3 times over the last 3 days to reach my agent, having to leave a message 3 times with no return call. I'm glad this wasn't an emergency.

  Now for the second half we asked them to take off one of the properties and they refuse to so the mortgage company was changing us for two insurance so we contact them again and we was told that it was taking off that was a lie this went on for a while year really so I get it when people are successful in life other people aren't happy hates!

  I was with this company for 5 years and I had one Property insured me and my wife bought a second property and insured it and all hell broke out they wrote my homeowners policy under a mobile home I contacted them to change it they told me that it was change and that was a lies so I give them time to correct the matter but ask time go by nothing was done so I call back in a spoke with front desk reception and she to cancel that policy and keep the old one and she replied you can't have two houses insured because you don't live in both ok so we went there so to remind you people can buy houses all over the world and insured them with insurance company perse
