- JTJean ThibodeauxDec 10, 20211.0I had a minor accident and my rates just about tripled for 3 years before they dropped them down back to somewhat normal. After hurricane when I returned home I inspected the damage to my house and called the agency and got the voice mail. I left a message for them to give me a call because I have questions and to this day which is Dec.10 2021 i have yet to get a return call from the agency. With that said I will be getting insurance elsewhere. Thanks for taking my money and not being there to even answer my questions.
