Kelli Fontenot explained and guided me through the process and was always a step ahead of me with answering questions and helping me through the process but more than anything she provided me with great quotes and presented options for me to make the necessary payments to fit my budget.

    Morgan has been AMAZEBALLS! Even though I'm in Texas and she is in Louisiana, unfortunately, she was not able to get me with her agency. She still went above and beyond, going the extra mile helping me compare other quotes making sure I got the best coverage for my family. It is very refreshing to be able to experience such top notch customer service these days!

    Don't know much about my experience w this one , I was w Mr mickey walker for almost 10 hrs my whole family was then before that the statefarm on Bert counseling w Mrs. Barbara.. my whole family started there... we started out w statefarm.. Then my dad died 2 yes ago of dementia/ my mom and I were homeless for almost a year / until a lady at one of the motels we were staying 💔 😢 at helped us find a home!! And now we been here for going on 3 yrs!! It took us a little longer to get a car 🚗 but finally w a little help !! We have an old model but she gets u from point a to point b!! Mazda 3 2008!! Call her Gracie !! I just started w this new company so far so good 👍!! Paris is my agent she's very helpful polite and answer all my questions / and if u can't answer it she'll find someone who can!! Definitely recommend her to others!! And this statefarm too!! They try to work w u to give u a fair price / as many discounts as they can find to help lower your price!! And if you r a safe driver and a senior then u definitely get a lot of discounts!! Come check them out for yourself!!
