After cancelling a policy, no one ever sent me a bill or called to collect a balance. Out of the blue I receive a debt collection letter. Totally unnecessary and ridiculous. I have never not paid a bill. When you call, no one has any answers. They cant answer questions about a bill or if one was ever sent but they can definitely collect your payment, which I paid right away when I got this debt collection letter. Totally totally frustrating and uncalled for. Must do better at customer service.
