She has completely gone out of her way to contact me when I've asked her to Even when being quite unapproachable. She's made sort of contact me when my rates have gone around my liking and going far and beyond to try to get me the lowest possible quote. I am not the easiest person to deal with and she is by far the best customer service representative that I have ever dealt with. Especially considering in insurance and sales she's definitely one that you need to keep ,on a 1000th, scale. I refer her to everyone I speak to who needs an insurance agent. I haven't even gotten my car on the road yet due to mechanical issues and she has been their patiently every step of the way with me and so she gets mentioned to many people considering I'm constantly talking to people about my car so here goes to Miss Jennifer your number one agent.
