I believe that this allowed me to make a better decision on coverage that suited my needs. I am a 67 year old that is not tech savvy but Mr. Peterson is very patient with us and does a great job explaining on my level. He also has made himself available to me every time I have called or stopped by his office, this is way better than having to deal with automated phone answering services.
