I asked cancellation to Agnes early and they did not do their job in timely manner (Agnes never responded in a MONTH, whoke 4 weeks !! )and even put it in collection agrnt. Be aware when you cancel their insurance plan. I am glad I swiched to other better professional and much lower fee.
