From the time I walked into the office ,I felt like I was literally at home. I was confused and not sure of what I really needed to send the Adjustor. I was asked for the claim # and from that point on everything was taken care of. I left w a smile 😃 on my face and I felt like a heavy burden had been lifted. I thank you ladies so much for a wonderful ❤️ experience. May God continue to bless and keep you, is my prayer 🙏 🙌 ✨️

Paid my whole premium for the 6 mths only to receive an email the next day telling me my insurance increased I was taken from one plan to another one. ...I was penalized for paying early! Had I been informed if I paid earlier over phone verses letting it hit my account I would not have paid earlier in order to still receive my discounts.
