  I’ve been with them for several years. The most affordable with everything that I pay for. The friendliness of the staff is top notch!

  I called to change my date for automatic withdraw due to having surgery and they never changed the date like they said. They even have proof of it in the notes on the computer. Needless to say the funds weren’t in the bank and they overdraft the bank account. Had they of changed my dates this wouldn’t happen. All I want back is my fee due to them not changing the date in system like I was told would happen. I even just asked for a credit, still nothing. They have 100% owned up to the mistake but WILL NOT FIX IT. Spoke with Melinda from Allstate at Scott Dawson’s she told me I had to contact cooperate, did that and cooperate said my agent had to take care it. I was promised a call back that never happened. All of this took place 4 weeks ago. I called today to see if they had any information and had to speak to Melinda once again. She is the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. She talks over you, doesn’t want to help & lies. I would not recommend using this insurance due to the awful customer service. I would give no stars just due to the fact how I am treated as a customer. I will be switching my auto and home owners insurance to a different company.
