When I purchased my vehicle from Eagle Chevrolet in Moorehead ky there was an issue with the plates on the vehicle. They sold me a vehicle with a suspension on the plates. State Farm my current company confirmed the error and was willing to send me a letter of experience to prove this was an error. Tony just hung up the phone. Really? This plate issue is more common than I thought. A good insurance company has departments for this but Tony wasn't interested apparently. I'm having this error resolved and when I look for another insurance company, it will NOT be this clown.
