When I called back, the agent did not come back on the line and instead relayed through the telephone operator that my “rate was too high” and that someone would contact me in six months, yet they could not provide any specific numbers. They also did not seem to know what my current rate was. The call was disconnected twice. This felt like an attempt to gather personal information rather than a legitimate service. Proceed with caution.
