I check to see if my insurance is higher than the previous year, in which case I would have to do a buy-down on my escrow to keep my mortgage payment the same for the coming year. If it's too much higher, then I'll be shopping around for better pricing. (And I am not interested in bundling with auto because my car is now 13 years old and I only have liability on it).
