  Don't deal with allstate insurance unless you want a guy name Alexander from Texas doing your claim on your house. They use the wrong SQF on my claim wrong. The adjuster was not reasonable. Allstate insurance approved me for a claim and then denied of the claim within 30 minutes. Also the Allstate insurance barely gives the name of the representative of the local allstate agency. I have 3 times and never been able to talk to the the representative of Allstate in mt sterling, KY. So having a claim in KY and having a guy in TX work on the claim is stupid. Then im told that Allstate insurance doesn't cover water lines underneath the slab foundation the house is sitting on. Allstate is bottom shelf insurance.
