- CACynthia R AllenMay 20, 20231.0This is the worst agent to be apart of or associate with, they are very expensive, and the services they offer are not accurate say for instance the tow service you can’t even get a hold of them and if by some chance you do the person English is so broken-up until you can’t even understand what they are saying last year I spent countless hours trying to reach someone to get service and I was unsuccessful so I gave up. Last week I called to try and find out why my premium went up by a 1000 dollars I spk with Allen who informed me that everything went up just like the price of eggs. How’s that for customer service ? 🤷🏽♀️

- ASAdam ScherzerSep 19, 20171.0I've was their customer for about 17 years, my entire driving life.. I'll absolutely be shopping elsewhere now. You'll experience autopay rate hikes with no notice (they'll blame it on 'the state').. you may experience policy changes without authorization. They also tried to sell us on life insurance then use Used Car Salesman tactics to talk us out of taking it off the policy. So far it looks like they have made a 230.14 increase to my policy without my authorization. They added wife's car to my plan and billed me for it while keeping her car on her single plan and charging for it. This is absolutely unacceptable. Charging twice for the same car! Corporate "back office" has to fix it and refund me now.
