Your attitude and demeanor towards someone definitely sucks when they are only trying to understand how it works!!! You sir hung up bc u didn’t like me calling you out on ur nasty attitude!! Karma will find its way to you!! If I could give no stars then that's what I would do. He is very unprofessional, over talking me as I tried to explain this is all new to me, that I am trying to learn the ins and outs, what I had in the past for insurance, and the things I had an understanding for. He made me feel like I was less than and belittled me, when he did not like me telling him he was treating me horrible and talking to me like he was & that sucked he hung up. This is a great way to make a stressful situation harder than it should have been, if he doesn't like to make new clients knowledgeable then maybe a new job would suit him.
