- SKScott KeelingApr 27, 20211.0In preparation for changing insurance companies after being with State Farm for over 30 years I was given a good quote on comparable insurance through the offices of Altman Allstate and Financial Services. I have a specific date that I wanted to policy to start on. I gave them my bank account information for autodraft and that was a mistake. They decided to just go ahead and take it out the money immediately and not wait until my schedule date discussed. That overdrafted my new account and cost me fees. I spoke to the agency and they said they would resolve it. Instead of fixing it, now going on the the third month I received a third and final notice to pay. They owe me the overdraft fees. Now I know why I will stay with Statefarm. Higher rates, but great in customer service.
