- PSP SJan 31, 20265.0After a slight delay when contacting the office early on, response has always been friendly, efficient and timely. Only complaint is when my call gets automatically shifted to the Allstate Call Center rather than the local office. That is horrible and I refuse to deal with them. Just hang up and try reaching the local office again.
