  Hey been with this company for 3 plus years never miss payment. Well about 3 years ago we total our car all state vs Allstate . We figure once the car was totaled by all state and they sent it to the junk yard that was consider there property not mine. They continued to charge us insurance for 18 more month. I have special need kiddos feeding tub and mom that was on hospice and having heart attacks once a month so I didn’t look at it . They owe me around 1300 bucks so I’ve been trying to get it back. Was told by two different agents I would be refunded and then was told it was my fault and I would not be by people above them. Then they said the total loss paperwork was missing and I emailed them that thinking I would get a payment after I sent what they ask for. It’s been a total of 3 years trying to get this money and now we must get a lawyer involved . Don’t think it even worth it but it’s the point behind all these big name insurance company taking advantage of the people in need who never miss a payment and aid too much bc of their ignorance . Please look elsewhere bc Allstate is not your friend they are theifs that take from the poor and give to the rich insurance company’s. Liberty has got my insurance down over 120 dollars for same policy on one car. Please look else where
