  Been with Brian for years. Went to another company for a short while and he kept in contact and recommended a fantastic body shop to fix my truck after the first one screwed it up after a deer strike. He didn't have to do that and I appreciated it. Went back to him and have been there ever since.

  Brian is an amazing agent and human being! After an accident, I called my Allstate agent, but did not receive the guidance I was looking for, so I started calling around. Even though he was not my agent, Brian took the time to talk to me like a real person, and he gave me awesome advice! Of course he's my agent now, and I couldn't be happier!

  Brian Stiff may have the greatest customer service of any human or company I’ve ever dealt with. He has gone above and beyond for me time and time again. Not only helping me with insurance questions but also giving me life tips and guidance on things that don’t necessarily involve insurance.My dad passed four years ago and it feels like Brian has my back in the same way a father would. I genuinely feel that he cares more for my well-being than his bottom line. I can tell you with 100% certainty, I have never felt that way with any insurance agent… Ever! Brian makes you feel like you are his only client. When dealing with a personal tragedy nothing else seems to matter more than making sure that I am taken care of. He has only been my insurance agent for a little over a year but he treats me as though I’ve been a lifetime client. Lastly, and probably most importantly, this man knows insurance! In the rare time he doesn’t have an answer to a question, he will follow up with you immediately with an answer. Allstate is incredibly lucky to have a man like Brian on their team.
