No one knows what’s going on, they don’t know how to underwrite policies, no one ever calls or emails back, when you finally get in touch with someone their excuse is that they called and left a message yet no messages and no missed calls. This is the absolute worst insurance company in Louisville. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your time with this office and if you happen to deal with an agent named Sarah, RUN!
