Had some issues that stemmed from miscommunication from the website as well as corporate, but every single person in that office went above and beyond to ease the trouble me and my wife were going through during our home buying process. Unfortunately we had to part ways with Allstate due to the circumstances that came up, but I would recommend this office to anyone. Just call them during office hours and make sure you're dealing with them directly and not the corporate number. Special thanks to Alice. It's super refreshing to see a branch of a company that genuinely cares about the person on the other end of their phone. Next time I'm out their way during business hours, I'm going to try and stop in just to say thank you face to face. Genuine pleasure.
