I was never late with my payment and when the lose occurred you would have thought I had just purchased the policy. Today I received a happy birthday wish from Mr cromer in London, he was thanking me for being such a great customer for so many years. They dropped me for something that I could not help nor prevent and I found coverage elsewhere last fall. This office is sure on top of things.
