He was conservative with my budget and I never felt like he was trying to push extras on me. It was fast and easy and I feel protected. I have always felt like going to other Allstate agents was going to be a fight that I had to prepare for, but this finally felt like someone was helping me. They gained a long term customer because of John!

Immediately after getting in contact with Kelli, she started fixing all of the issues I was having. She was always fast to email/call, got immediate results, and fixed what I thought was a very complex issue very fast. She was extremely nice and patient the entire time. Can’t say how grateful I am enough for her service. Outstanding work.
