  I have been trying to get help with my roof since 2024. Now I have incurred more damage. The last claims adjuster in 2024 was very nasty. She said to me I was trying to get house repaired. I told I have damaged that have been inspected several times in 2024 and same damages all of 2025. I am trying again to get get my same damages repaired. I now have water leaking in my son’s bedroom which was not there in 2924. Now I have a ceciling in a bedroom that has to complete be repaired 2025-2026. I have also ask Kentucky Insurance to get involved. I have siding off the eve of my house. I am very upset because I thought you all were the best. If that ceiling falls on my son God forbid. We have been faithful in paying our premium each month without fail. I can vouch for Allstate anymore. I also have my car bundled with my house.

  This agency auto renewed a policy without my approval and took almost $800 from my checking account. Called the same day, canceled the policy renewal and am still waiting on a refund over a week later. They don’t care about the customer at all. All I keep getting is “sorry there is nothing we can do”

  Mr. Elkins will neither apologize for nor stop sending me emails and letters to my late father, who has been dead for 2 years, after 12 unsubscribe requests via the Allstate website and several emails to him personally. He does not seem to understand why sending someone messages for a person who has passed is upsetting. He has been deeply unprofessional every time I have contacted him. Is this someone you would ever want to deal with in difficult cicumstances? In speaking with others about this person, I have heard worrying things about other business practices. There are much better insurance agents out there. AVOID.

  first at the one year renal they raised my policy over $800 in which i cancelled the policy. this was in January 2018. I also cancelled my auto pay. every month since they have pulled money out of my account and I have to call them to get my money back. yesterday June 5th, 2018 they once again pulled money out of my account. I guess i'm going to have to take legal action against them.
