Well, that is before Jo answered the phone at Brooke Whalen Insurance agency. She immediately made me feel like her best friend. She talked me right through the process and an hour later, I was sold! I’ve even referred Jo to my sisters, my best friend and her family and my son in Tennessee. Jo is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. I had been with the same company for 14 years and frankly was tired of seeing my premiums being spent on corny advertising. I’m happy to know I now have an agent right in my neighborhood that cares about me and my insurance coverage. She also listens, relates and shares the best stories!

I received a renewal notice from my previous homeowner's insurance company that included a 15% increase over the previous year! Not acceptable! Like most people we're trying to control expenses, so I began shopping for better pricing. A neighbor referred me to Brooke Whalen Insurance company, Brooke's quote was 15% lower than the cost of our homeowner's insurance from the previous year, which resulted in a total savings of 30%! On boarding was simple, Brooke took care of everything and she has been a pleasure to work with.
