- WWwowlookatthathorseMay 5, 20251.0I have not had a good experience with this branch of Allstate. I had them for 2 years and had to constantly monitor what they actually charged me because what was quoted never was the exact amount of the actual billing and it was always higher. It was like this for each billing. In the end I called to cancel and they didn’t process my request. Drafted the money from my account without my knowledge or approval. I’ve never had an insurance office have so much trouble with billing. I just can’t recommend them because of how much I had to do to keep them honest.
