They charged us a returned check fee which in turned caused me to over draft my bank account, in all a $17 rental insurance payment cost me $100. They would not even consider returning the fee. Very poor customer service. We even pay higher fees with allstate because we have higher coverage with them. Not no more, am shopping for a different insurance.
