It cost me $2200 for clean up and $936 for my neighbor's fence repair. Allstate came back and said they would offer me $500. My deductible is $1000. LOTS OF HELP. Then they closed the claim without even contacting me. I told the claims person to call me back with the policy claim coverage. He said he would have Alex contact me. NOONE every called or followed through. I guess I should be glad it only cost me 3K, could have fallen on my house! Beware of Allstate and their representatives if you decide to use. I am in the process of switching both my home and car insurance now!
