  My family had Allstate for several years and we were with Sean Shah for all of them. He was always helpful and could always point me in the right direction for me to be able to handle what was going on in the moment. From a local agent standpoint, highly recommend!

  I had been a customer of Sean's since he started with Allstate and have always received exemplary service from him throughout the years! Today I needed some help determining how much I paid for insurance on my mother-in-law's 2 vehicles going back to 2022. I worked with Rebekah for about an hour on this as Allstate does not keep records going back that far. Rebekah was able to piece together this information by looking at other data she was able to locate. I never once felt rushed or that I was taking up too much of her time. She really took ownership of this process and made it as important to her as it was to me. I am very impressed and grateful she had the attitude and professionalism she had toward my issue. I feel that I do not need to always speak with Sean and the I am in very capable hands with Rebekah! Just another reason I am glad I am with Allstate! Thanks!!!

  Sean was very helpful over the phone, he was professional and very clear about what he was doing. I even had to go into the office for a few follow up questions, I received his undivided attention the entire time. All state in Frankfort is awesome
