  I was with them for two decades. From 16 till just a few months ago. I don't recommend them. I never got a courtesy call or email once. They never asked if I was happy or tried to save me a buck. Never contacted when the insurance company made mistakes or overcharged me. I recently got a newer vehicle. They had me paying $175/m for full coverage. Complained and they came back at $120/m... The agent wasn't helpful at all. They wouldn't take or return my calls for days. So I went elsewhere and got the same coverage for only $65/m - with a more modern insurance company. Over the years, there were issues where I had strong feelings of being taken advantage of. I don't know why anyone would need Newman and Tucker. I shouldn't have been so hesitant to shop around for a different agency. I assumed they had my back for being a customer for so long. Boy was I wrong! Edit: Maybe just me. But their response only proves how bad they are. Steer clear. They are NOT the only option in the area. 👎

  Helped me to get the best price for a great value for my home and auto insurance, and continued to follow up to insure that I was reimbursed for unused months when I had to switch to a company with international coverage. You expect good service when you arrive, but you don't always get it when you depart. Newman and Tucker delivered on both fronts, and for that we were thankful.

  When it came down to look at Builders’s risk for our company and a project we’re working on, Jessica made sure that we got our best pricing and that we were covered for what we needed. Along with that, she gave us options that no other brokers would. And that was the important part. Being educated and having options for other insurance policies is where Jessica shined. The second part to this review came just yesterday. We needed equipment insurance. One email handled it and in a flash, we were covered again. Can’t thank the team enough for all the help and great pricing!
