  The agency as a whole is absolutely wonderful and very customer oriented. I can't say enough good things about Michael. He was eager to help me and listen to my concerns, that means a lot. On my homeowners and auto coverages i had to do a double take at the price he quoted considering what i was paying with the previous company. Thank you, Michael Scattergood.   Uses out of country spam numbers to prospect clients, numbers will call you incessantly at all hours of the day regardless as to whether or not you're on the federal do not call list
