- JJJolieMay 2, 20245.0I typically don’t review a company unless they are terrible or exceed expectations; in this case Kandi and team far exceed expectations. Although Allstate doesn’t always offer the cheapest rates, their customer service is why I stay. Kandi and team really and truly treat you like family and their quick response time to ANY question still impresses me. I can’t speak to all Allstate insurance branches but I HIGHLY recommend doing insurance business with this one!
