  From the moment I have switched to State Farm with Travis Terrel everyone has been very nice and helpful all the workers are extremely nice and very good at their jobs I literally have not had a bad experience yet all my insurances are now through them and Tiffany keeps you up to date on all the new policies and reaches out to you so you don’t miss anything if you want fast Good and reliable service I highly recommend switching to this State Farm

  I just moved to a KY and decided to shop around for different quotes. I thought that when I moved, my insurance rates would go down considerably with the insurance provider that I had. Completely false! I called Jessica and she is absolutely amazing!!!! Not only did my insurance go down by 1/2 of what I was previously paying through my now previous insurance carrier, but she made the whole process so easy that I was almost wondering what the "catch" was! This was such a welcomed blessing since moving to a different state is so stressful. Jessica, you will now be known as my "Insurance Idol"! Changing my insurance has been the easiest part of my move and I appreciate the personalized help and not forwarding me to a million websites and robot calls! Thank you again, Jessica!

  I always have had a great experience with this office. They are all so helpful and kind. They are never pushy and know their jobs well. They give you all of the options and seem totally interested in you as a customer. I would recommend Travis and his office staff to anyone. Thank you so much for your help today. I have all of my policies with them and trust them to be fair.
