  Llevo más de 1 hora esperando que un representante me atienda. Esto es una falta de respeto. Ni porque tengo mi carro asegurado con ALLSTATE. vine a asegurar otro carro. Ya no lo voy a hacer

  I have to say I was really surprised when I switched to Allstate I saved money over the well known supposedly bargain insurance company. They also were really helpful to me when I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light. They made sure the other insurance company made things right. My only setback was I didn't know I was going to be as injured as I have been from that experience.

  I have been with Allstate and specifically Jon for well over 10 years. I switched when I was 20 and purchased my first home. Even with a recent wreck on my record I got very fair rates, amazing service and recommendations on how to build my policy in a way that gave me good coverage for my house and car without breaking my bank (I was a young single parent at the time). I have had a lot of offers to switch at the same rate but I have never hesitated to decline because I know Jon and his team have always been there to answer my silly questions and to get me documents at the most inconvenient times. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else, period.

  Jon and his team are there for you no matter what! They know your policies very well and in your time of need they step up and handle the “business end” quickly and professionally, while caring about you as a person and your well being.
