  Jesse Dake is hands down the most knowledgeable and approachable insurance agent I’ve ever worked with. He takes the time to explain every option clearly and makes the entire process simple and stress-free. He genuinely cares about making sure all of my insurance needs are covered properly while keeping everything easily accessible and easy to understand. If you want someone who knows their stuff and treats you like family, Jesse is your guy!

  Had to make a few changes on my policy etc. Once I got through to KARA at the local office she was able to quickly help me with the changes I needed to make and helped me navigate the automated system in the future - 5 stars for that!! - thank you so much. Thanks again Kara!!!!!!!!

  I've had homeowner's insurance with Allstate and this agency for years. I've never filed a claim and yet my premium goes up every January. When I phone to speak to the agent, I get no return call nor do I get an email. After complaining, I did get an email from an office in another state but they make it impossible to discuss your problems and/or questions because they make it hard to get to a live person and they fail to return calls and/or email. I don't know if they pay claims or not. They are awfully good about taking your money. I do not recommend them.

  I had some questions and concerns about my upcoming home owners policy being renewed and I called and spoke with a lady named KARA. Unfortunately, I was upset about not receiving a credit on my policy, but she assured me that she'd request the credit. She fixed the issue going forward and went over my entire policy with me. There are many customer service reps working for this office and I honestly don't know them personally, but KARA stepped up and provided the best service one could expect. I'm hoping I can speak with her every time I have a question or concern. She even followed up with an email with a recap of everything we discussed. That's the best customer service I've ever received. THANKS KARA! Insurance is stressful enough, but you were able to calm me down and truly make a difference on my questions and concerns.

  Very disappointed in recent developments. I used to be able to call and talk to the friendly staff at the local office and was always able to receive quick and prompt service. Now the same exact local phone number takes you to a gatekeeping IVR system that transfers you to someone that has minimal understanding of English, which made the process of adding/removing vehicles extremely difficult and time consuming due to frequent communication issues. It took 21 minutes for him to understand the VIN number, and he sent me the ID card 3 times before getting it right. Additionally the price to insure a 30 year old pick up truck, with liability only and a clean driving record was truly absurd. Honestly, their prices have never been agreeable but the prompt and friendly local agents able to take care of me made the prices almost justifiable. Fortunately, as I have had to file a claim recently they have been easy to work with, albeit very stingy on paying out any reasonable amounts to get the proper repairs done to my home. My experience with Allstate has been a mixed bag but certainly not all good.
