On my very first day with Allstate, my car broke down and I honestly panicked. I remembered my agent Kim telling me, “No matter what time it is, just call me.” So, I did. She didn’t just answer—she went above and beyond. Kim gave me her personal number, got to work right away, and even came out to where I was stranded to sit with me until the tow truck arrived. What really stood out was how much she cared about me as a person. She could tell I was panicking inside (even though I tried not to show it), and she went out of her way to reassure me that everything was going to be okay. She stayed calm, kept me grounded, and made sure I felt safe the entire time. Kim and her team (shoutout to Scooby!) worked quickly to get everything handled and made sure I got home safe. That type of genuine care is something I’ve never experienced in all the years I was with Geico. I can honestly say they have my loyalty from here on out.
