  If I could give 0 stars I would. I would highly recommend that if you are shopping for insurance or are currently with this agency, please look else where. Solid customer for over 8 years. As time progressed we were hit with the excuse of "due to higher volume of claims in your area, your policy has increased.". Payments would vary by about $10 per month, always up, never down. After call after call to the agency to ask if we could please do something about policy as amount of money was way too much for a monthly payment. Got a new vehicle so decided to shop around. Found much better insurance, for less than half of what we were paying. Same vehicles. So I called the agency and asked a few questions. Low and behold "we have new policies would you like a quote?" Sure, give me some numbers. Well what do you know? Price dropped. So after months and months of calling with no result it took the threat of cancelation to get price to drop. Makes you wonder what is going on with this agency. Still declined coverage. But wait there is more..... Canceled 3 policies, was told oh you will get a refund due to having already paid. Well, what do you know? They went back on word and wait no, you gotta pay a little more. Definitely a pyramid type operation at that agency. If you are looking for new coverage, I cannot say enough that I recommend you call an actual broker that can shop many different companies. This agency is just not good.

  Just left the office on North Rock Road. And my representative was Samuel he was great. He took really good care of our needs

  I would not do business with this agency. They never answer the phone and I always have to leave a message. They don’t automatically cancel your policy after a claim where they total out your vehicle and take possession of it. I just canceled my policy for my other vehicle and switched to a new insurance company three days ago, but three days later, it’s still showing active on the app and they emailed me a bill this morning that’s more than my regular policy. They’ve also compromised my personal information on two occasions. Next steps will be contacting the BBB and an attorney.
